All cleaning services are provided based on a scope of work confirmed with the client in advance. Pricing is based on the size, condition, service frequency, access requirements and agreed cleaning scope of the property or facility.
Scheduling
Service dates and times are agreed between Sonyuko Cleaning Services and the client. Reasonable notice is appreciated for any changes or cancellations.
Access to the Property
Clients are responsible for arranging safe and reasonable access to the property or facility for the scheduled service, unless otherwise agreed.
Limitations
Sonyuko Cleaning Services does not guarantee complete stain removal, deposit refunds, infection prevention, hazardous-material handling, specialist medical decontamination, or outcomes that cannot reasonably be controlled by a cleaning service. Services are carried out using reasonable care and appropriate methods for the agreed scope.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with the client at the time of quotation. This website does not process online payments.
